Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

Cami does not collect any data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. The developer never receives your videos, audio, scripts or any information about you.

Camera and microphone

Cami uses the camera and microphone only while the app is open to show the viewfinder and record videos. Recording happens entirely on your iPhone.

Photos

Cami asks for permission to add videos to your Photos library so it can save the two videos from each take. It does not read or browse your existing photos.

Teleprompter scripts and settings

Your teleprompter script and preferences are stored only on your device. They may be included in your device backups, which are managed by Apple under your own settings.

Sharing

Videos leave your device only when you choose to share them, using the iOS share sheet to an app or service you select. That service's own privacy policy applies.

Children

Cami does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
